EDUCATION
Hallie is a licensed registered dietitian who received her Masters of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Science at North Dakota State University. Hallie completed her dietetic internship with a focus on eating disorder treatment and athletics.
EXPERIENCE
Hallie has experience working with clients in both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Her areas of expertise include disordered eating, sports nutrition, and optimal nutrition for whole-body wellness.
APPROACH
Hallie believes in using a client-centered, individualized plan to nutrition and fitness to help her clients meet their goals. Hallie offers a non-diet, food first approach to finding balance with food and your body. She strives to provide a safe and compassionate environment to talk about symptoms, struggles, and goals. Hallie’s strategies involve collaborating with you at all stages of your journey.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
In her practice, Hallie provides evidenced-based, individualized nutrition counseling and education to help people of all ages, genders, and sizes improve their relationship with food and feel their best.
While working with Hallie you will explore your current relationship with food and habits around eating. Together, you will create an individualized plan to achieve your goals. Hallie will provide accountability and support while you create sustainable changes that meet your nutritional needs. Hallie currently offers virtual and in-person sessions, starting with an initial nutrition assessment.
