EDUCATION
Molly received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University. Prior to that she received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science, emphasis in Family Therapy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

Molly has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group therapy settings.

Molly’s overall approach is collaborative, as she believes each individual is the expert of their life and the challenges they bring into therapy. Her work is based in cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solution focused therapy. She provides her undivided attention to truly understand what her client hopes to gain from their sessions, as she believes counseling is a key stepping-stone in rebuilding their path to wellness. Molly strives to empower her clients with skills, confidence, and inner peace as they navigate their life’s journey.
CURRENT PRACTICE
In her clinical practice, Molly provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Molly’s areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, substance abuse, guilt, self-harm, and relationships.
